1.the booking sheet is the evidence of consignment, transportation arrangement and issue billing lading, each item in the sheet must be filled in clearly and seriously, facilitate keep details record,contact and prepare for agreement terms in case of emergency.
2.Detail of commodity, e.g. marks;nos, pieces, discription of goods,weight measurement must be clearly show on the sheet.
3.Cargo will be looked on as transfer permitted, load separatedly permitted in case the column leave blank; Freight prepaid accepted in case the colume" prepaid or collect" leave blank; cy to cy be accepted in case transportation terms colume leave blank.
4.contact person and company seal must be leaved on the consigner colume.
5.All the responsibility,risk,dissension,charges should bear to consigner,in case delay loading,mis-loading due to booking sheet detail be offerred wrong or incomplete, or B/L settlement cannot be done due to booking sheet detail wrong. |
